Limitations       =>            Effects of the limitation on the            =>     improvement                                                  experiment

1.Temperature is not kept constant while mixing the enzyme withthe solution of milk and calcium chloride

Lower or higher temperature can change the rate of the reaction(speed up or slow down) so the time taken for the milk to coagulate is going to vary

keep the test tubes in a water bath throughout the expirement

2.Judging of the thickness of the milk is done by eye

Lack of consistency in judgment may lead to less precise, less reliable and less accurate results

drop an object inside the test tube and measure how far it sinks

3.Measurment was only taken every 5 seconds

Limits the level of precision

take measurement every 2 seconds

3. Better stirring to more thoroughly mix the enzyme with the milk calcium chloride solution

the time it takes for milk coagulation is inconsistent

use an electrical stirrer

4.Lack of range of independent value(concentration of calcium chloride)

Makes it difficult to identify the presence of a trend

add a concentration of 42,6,8,10

5.There isn't a sufficient number of replicates

unable to detect anomalous results thus decreasing reliability

perform at least three replicates
