Teaching is the noblest

profession, the need for learning and teaching started when mankind took over

this planet. However the need for living and developing require learning and

teaching. Therefore teachers are the future designers and the new generation’s

builders. Teachers, as a result, deserved mankind respect and adoration.

Teachers are the generation’s guidance to live safely and happily, and to

develop their way of living using the resources for more comfortable and

productive life.

Teaching

skills are developing according to the requirement of each generation. Alongside

roles and responsibilities are developing and changing from time to time, with

the establishment always aspiring for the best performance and perfect results.

Teachers’ roles and responsibilities are more complicated in the current time

more than any other time in the past when the relationship a teacher and his

student was not exist outside school. However, the revolution in the

communication tools encouraged the schools` systems to consider new methods in

the education system. ‘’Now, contact outside the classroom is not only easier

but, in many schools, actively encouraged – school web portals on which

teachers and students can upload and download assignments, email each other

questions and answers, post announcements and sometimes even chat in real time,

are increasingly becoming the norm. That fixed distance is shortening; those

old boundaries – between professional and private, home and school, formal and
