The perimeter is the length of the outside of the shape

The area is the flat surface of the inside of the shape

QUESTIONS

​​​​​​​2. Calculate the PERIMETER and AREA of a rectangle with a length of 6.25 m and a width of 5.5 m

Length = 6.25 m

Width = 5.5 m

Perimeter = 5.5m + 6.25m x 2 = 18m

Area = 5.5 m x 6.25 m = 34.375 m
