- 2How Does it WorkResistance act like water going through a pipe.
.The pressure difference that causes the water to flow can be compared to a voltage difference which causes the flow of electrical current. - 3Ohm’s LAWVoltage and Current is needed to calculate the Resistance in a circuit. To calculate the resistance, Ohm’s law will be used.

I = V / R
V = R x I
R = Resistance
I = Current
V = Voltage - 5Colour codesThe colour bands on a resistor can be used to measure the resistance value.
