- 15Clock speedMeasured in Hertz (Hz) it is the number of fetch-execute cycles performed in 1 second
- 16Cache sizeLocated near or in the CPU, sections of programs are stored here making use of the fast fetch cycle. The larger the size of the cache, the faster the computer will process because instructions don't need to be fetched from the RAM
- 17CoresA complete copy of the CPU. It can be part of a multi-core processor which means that it can do multiple fetch-execute cycles at once and can multi-task
- 18Embedded systemA computer which has been built to solve a specific program. Its programming is not easy to change
