- 1Stage 1: FormingThis stage takes place when the team first meets each other, team members are introduced to each.
- 2Stage 2: StormingThis stage at first, you may think someoneis perfect and flawless, but then you realize that they are not and then this team will end quiclky.
- 3Stage 3: NormingIn this stage people are working more effectively as a team, hey are not focus on their individual goals, they are focused on the team goal.
- 4Stage 4: PerformingIn the performing stage, teams are functioning at very high level. The focus is on reaching the goal as group.
- 5Stage 5: AdjourningIn the adjourning stage the project is coming to end and the team membes are moving off into different directions.
- 6What is a group?A group is a set of people, organizations, or things which are considered together because they have something in common.
- 7What is a formal group?A formal group is a collection of people, who came together for achieving a specified goal.
- 8What is a informal group?The informal groups are those groups that get created spontaneously as soon as individual start interacting with each other.
- 9What is a work team?Work teams are most useful where job content changes frequently and employees with limited skills and specific set of duties.

- 14What high-performance team?is more team is more than a group of people who work together. A high performing team is a group of people who share a common vision, metrics and who collaborate, challenge and hold each other.
