| What is the role of bile? | 1. To neutralize the stomach acid 2. To emulsify fats |
| What is the role of the pancreas? | To produce the digestive enzymes |
| What is the adaptation of the small intestine that makes it good at it's job? | The small intestine has lots of villi which gives it a bigger surface area for maximum absorption of food |
