The WBS: a hierarchical structure best represented by a graphical subdivision of the scope of work. - 4PBS/WBS - LevelsEvery subdivided package can b further divided when the level of detail increases.
Number of levels influenced by:
• Level of detail required;
• Level of risk;
• Value of product/Work package person hours.
*project mangers focus on their own product/ work package. - 5PBS, WBS - numbering stylebeneficial features of the PBS/WBS is its ability to uniquely identify by a number all the products/elements of work
in a numerical and logical manner. - 6Good PBS/WBS Checklist- provides sufficient detail for communication of info.
