   • passwords shouldn't be words found in the dictionary or family or pets names

2. protection of passwords

   • passwords should be regularly changed for example every three months
   • passwords should never be written down
   • password should not be shared with anyone
   • users should be aware of phishing schemes

3. don't have the same passwords for multiple accounts
