   • Installed on computer to destroy malicious software

   • In he event of an attack, this monitoring can play an important part in finding out how the attack was carried out and also by whom

6. Firewalls

   • This monitors the data which flows through the ports (sent and received). It keeps some ports closed so that viruses could not enter
