1. Things to do with your email

   • Use parts of your name
     • This way it is easy to recognise you
   • Make sure only the people you want to have your email
     • or companies/buisnesses you use
   • Keep your passwords to yourself
     • Avoid spamming
   • Keep the same one
     • It would be good to change but not often, changing it avoids hacking

2. Things you shouldn't do with your email

   • Change it often
     • You could lose important files
       • Things for your job could be lost
     • People won't know who you are
     • You may get confused with all the different accounts
   • Have the same one for everything
     • It will be easy to hack into

3. If you get a call from a company your unsure about look online for the orginal number and call that and see if it was them

   • Random people can get hold of your personal data
