   • FILE
     • anything you save including music videos and photos.
   • server
     • a server is a computer that shares its data with other computers
   • FOLDER
     • you store files here that are related to each other.
   • sub-folder
     • if you have lots of files then you might want to add multiple folders. a sub-folder is a folder inside another folder.

2. SECURITY AND DATA

   • server
     • a computer that shares its data with another computer
   • security
     • protection of your data against unwanted users
   • password
     • a password is a mix of numbers, letters and symbols that you use to protect your data
       • a strong password will have a mix of numbers, letters and symbols.
   • alphanumeric
     • a mix of numbers and letters

3. CLOUD COMPUTING

   • disadvantages
     • since your data is stored online it can be vulnerable to unwanted users
     • you could possibly lose legal rights to your work if you store it online
     • if you have lots of data it may only be possible to store a few gigabytes
     • you can only access if you have an internet connection
     • web apps often are not as detailed as they would be with a full software package
   • advantages
     • the cost if very low if anything
     • you can easily work independintly
     • documents and files are designed to be compatible across varios bdsevices and web browsers
     • you can back up your data with a reliable provider which can be more reliable than storing it bon a USB or flash drive
     • updates are automaticly updated online so the user doesnt have to manually do it themselves
