   • The ''+'' adds up cells A1 & A2 ect
   • The ''-'' takes away cells A1 & A2
   • The ''*'' multiplies cells A1 & A2
   • The ''/'' divides cells A1 by A2

   • The SUM function is used to add up cells A1, E1 and everything in-between
   • AVERAGE will find the average of cells A1, E1 and everything in-between
   • IF functions make decisions. If the test score is larger than 49, the test result of 'pass' will be displayed. otherwise, the result of 'fail' will be displayed
   • =MIN(A1:E1) finds the smallest number in the range of cells A1 to E1
   • =MAX(A1:E1) finds the largest number in the range of cells A1 to E1
