1. MOSES AND THE EXODUS

   • Left Midian after 40 years when God came to him in a burning bush
   • Wasn't allowed into the Promised Land
   • Left Egypt and walked to Midian after killing an Egyptian
   • God cast 10 plagues on the people of Egypt
   • Parted the Red Sea
   • Was found floating in the Nile by Pharaoh's daughter
   • 6.

2. 1. CREATION

   • The days correlate with each other, (the first 3 days he made the earth, and the next 3 days he filled it.)
   • God created Eve out of one of Adams ribs
   • On the 7th day he rested
   • The only thing that was not good was loneliness.
   • Satan temped Eve to eat the fruit and sin entered the world
   • God said everything was good.

3. 3. ABRAHAM

   • Had his son Isaac when he was 99
   • His covenant said that he would be the father of many nations
   • Was so devoted to God that he almost sacrificed his son
   • Had a covenant with God
   • God said that Abrahams nations would be as many as the stars in the sky
   • God changed his name from Abram to Abraham

4. JACOB/ISREAL

   • Brother named Esau
   • Gave Esau a bowl of soup in exchange for his birthright
   • Was Abraham's grandson
   • Father of 12 sons
   • His sons were the beginnings of the 12 tribes of Isreal
   • God changes his name from Jacob to Isreal
   • 4.

5. KING SOLOMON

   • Son of King David
   • Had to rebuild the temple because David was not allowed
   • Two women approached him fighting over a baby because one of their babies died
   • Was wise and told the women to cut the baby in half and share it
   • He knew that the woman who was okay with cutting the baby was not the real mother
   • Son of Bathsheba
   • 8.

6. JOSEPH

   • His brothers came back and did not recognize him, so he tested them to see if they had changed. His family was then invited to live in egypt
   • Interpreted the dreams of a cupbearer and a baker
   • Interpreted Pharoah's dreams of the 7 years of famine
   • Had 11 jealous brothers who sold him into slavery in egypt
   • His father Jacob gave him a coat of many colors
   • Was accused of sleeping with Potiphar's wife and thrown into jail
   • 5.

7. KING DAVID

   • Defeated Goliath
   • Had a son with Bathsheba
   • Killed Uriah because he wanted his wife
   • His best friends father was Saul and he hated him
   • Saul hated him because he was anointed to be King
   • David was told by a prophet of how bad his actions were so he was not allowed to rebuild the temple
   • 7.

8. 2. NOAH AND THE FLOOD

   • he built it out of gopher wood
   • 7 pairs of every animal
   • Only Noah and his family of 8 survived
   • he sent out a dove and it came back with an olive branch
   • it rained for 40 days and 40 nights
   • he was the only one who believed
