Data-bases

1. Databases are persistent and organised store of data.

2. Advantages////// A paper base is cost effective and better for the environment. However, it takes up a lot of time and can get easily lost.

3. Advantage///// A computer base is time effective because you don't have to copy many versions and hand it out, people can just access one data base.

4. Advantages //// I personally think that paper is more accessible because you can take it anywhere and you don't have to charge the paper like you have to do with the laptop/computer.

5. Advantage //// Also, with paper you don't have to make an account and you don't have to have a wi-fi connection to access it.

6. Adavantage and Disavantage///// The computer is easier to hide and encrypt because you can just save it and close it if someone comes and tries to see it. However, people can hack into your accounts if your password is easy then they could get into it.

7. Keywords.

   • Ascending - Numbers or data going up in a specific order.
   • Descending - Numbers or data going down in a specific order.

8. Advantages///// An example of a good computer database is google, google is a good database because it keeps your files safe and suggests new searches.

9. Advantages ////// A good paper database is a catalog like next or argos because you can find what you want really quick and effienctly

10. Computer databases: Disadvantages/Advantages

11. Paper databases: Disadvantages/Advantages

12. Disadvantage/// One bad thing about paper databases is that the paper is not environmentally good, although usually people who chop down trees for paper they usually re-plant.

13. Advantage /// You can easily transfer the code and data to other people threw the internet without having to meet the people in real, so online databases are easier for buisnesses because they can easily just transfer it. Although, people who don't know how to use it then its hard for them to use it because they don't understand how to upload files and data to online.
