     • Breaking down complex problems into smaller ones.
   • Abstraction
     • Identify important information by ignoring specific details that do not matter
   • Algorithmic Thinking
     • A logical way of getting a Step by step solution to a problem.

2. Pseudo-code

   • Not an actual programming language though it should follow a similar structure
   • Quick to write
   • Easily converted into programming lang
   • Example

3. Flowcharts

   • Symbols
   • Example
   • Flowcharts can show sequences, selections and iterations
     • Or all!
   • Sequence flowchart: THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY FROM START TO END
   • Selections flowchart : MULTIPLE WAYS FROM GETTING TO START STOP
   • Iterations flowchart: CONTAINS A LOOP SO YOU CAN REPEAT A TASK
