1. What is an 'Aim'?

   • Aim is what you want to achieve and is generally very vague
     • "We want to become worldwide"

2. What is an 'Objective'?

   • An objective is a measureable aim it is more in depth than an aim and includes measures of time and says how this is going to be done.
     • "We want to achieve sales of £10 million in European markets in 2013"

3. What is 'Maximising Profits'?

   • Try to make the most profit possible by adjusting factors such as production costs, sales prices and output levels.

4. What is 'Maximising Marketshare'?

   • Maximising marketshare is where you make your brand appeal to a wider audience to get the biggest slice if the market

5. What Are 'Non Financial Aims'?

   • Are Aims not related to profits or money of a business. They are usually competition related.
     • "Achieve company of the year"
