   • Binary is the code of which computers use as a true-false system
   • Binary consists of only 1's and 0's
   • Binary usually has 8 digits they represent the numbers 1,2,4,8,16,32,64 and 128

   • the gates are called AND, OR, NOT, NAND, XOR, XNOR and NOR
