     • Short message service. This is normally known as texting. but the difference is that there is a limit to 160 charecters with SMS so you cannot go over that amount or it will count as 2 messages.
   • Instant Messaging
     • This is where two or more people are involved in a text based conversation over the internet. this can be done over a computer or even a mobile phone.
   • Fax
   • Chat Room
     • This is when a conversation will be taken place in real time and does not work on molibe phones as the data entry required is a keyboard. the conversation is also in real time.
   • Video Call

2. Sharing files

   • Files can be shared in a network situation, and the network can be accessed either locally or remote access to the network using the internet.
