1. Select

   • Allows you to pick specific attributes of a table
   • Example: SELECT * From customers, City

2. From

   • Picks what table the attributes are picked from by Select

3. Where

   • Works with Select as it helps narrow down the results
   • Example: Where country= 'Mexico';

4. Like

   • Searches for a specified pattern in the table
   • WHERE City LIKE '%s' s is cities that start with S

5. And

   • Searches for attributes and displays the records if all conditions are met

6. Or

   • Searches for attributes and displays records if any of the conditions are met

7. Delete

   • Deletes information that you don't want anymore
   • Example: DELETE FROM Customers

8. Insert

   • Allows you to insert new information into a table
   • Example: INSERT INTO Customers (CustomerName, ContactName, Address,) VALUES ('Cardinal','Tom B. Erichsen','Skagen 21'');
