The [blank_start]Saarland[blank_end] was to be under the League of Nations for 15 years, after which there would be a [blank_start]plebiscite[blank_end] held. [blank_start]France[blank_end] used the coal mines during that time.

[blank_start]East Prussia[blank_end], [blank_start]Posen[blank_end] and [blank_start]Upper Silesia[blank_end] were given to Poland in order to give them access to the sea.
