    Activity: What is climate change?
    Watch the video and answer the following questions. Write your answers in your Word portfolio.  1. What is climate change? 2: How does it affect us? 3: What tips are given to help?   Next, discuss your own ideas and beliefs on climate change in MS Teams groups.

    Activity: traditions & customs
    THINK, PAIR, SHARE PART 1 Discussion:  What climate change has done so far in Alaska. What do you think?    Think about this, pair up online and share your ideas with your classmates.  Finished? Have a look at the mind-map. Did you have similar thoughts?

    Think, pair, share part 2
    After finishing part 1, continue with part 2.  Use the same pairs in part 1. Make a short presentation on climate change and its effects in Alaska. Use what you have learned during part 1 and make your presentation using PowerPoint. Be ready to present your presentation to the rest of the class and your teacher. It should take no longer than 5 minutes per pair. You can use the internet to do extra research.  Points you should use are: - 2 topics from the WordWeb (see ''resources). - Your own ideas on climate change - What the effects of climate change are in Alaska so far
