    New events in your life can affect old memories. For example, if you and your mom got in a fight, some past memories of her can turn negative. 

Slide 4

    Your mind can fill in memory gaps with what you think would be the memory. For example if you remember and a dinner at your uncles house, you may think your aunt attended the dinner because she is usually there, but she wasn't.

Slide 5

    Eye witness testimonies are unreliable because memories can change. Also, just using certain wording can make your memory change, or affect your memory.
