Scrum

1. the scrum work process is divided into smaller parts, to be agile in the construction of the product.

   • This process seeks to be more agile and effective, because it is planned enough to start developing and testing the product to improve it, repeating this process until the final product.

2. scrum is divided into small stages of development and planning that last between 3 weeks, where it is characterized by being an incremental development, this process is called sprint.

   • there may be more than one sprint, each one better than the last until it is decided that the product meets the requirements.

3. In scrum there are 3 important roles, which are the product owner, the scrum master and the team. Each one has an important role.

   • the product owner is responsible for defining the product characteristics.we also comes up with plans or ideas that become scrum products.
   • While the scrummaster is the leader of the team that develops the scrum, he is in charge of protecting the team and the process. He runs the meetings and keeps things moving forward within the team.
   • The team does different roles such as testing, writing development stuff among other things. Their main role is to finish the product.

4. There are three types of artifacts in a scrum, which are the product backlog where a list of features known as user stories is created, where it evolves for each script. Then there is the sprint backlog that is in charge of describing the features of a user story to put the important details for the team to know the size of the task. And finally the burndownchart that shows the progress of the tasks of the script, where it must reach zero to have completed the work.

5. In scrum there are three different ceremonies that are like meetings or discussions. The first is the sprint planning where the product owner, the scrummaster and the team discuss the user stories to determine the size of the user stories. Then there is the daily scrum which is a small meeting where they discuss what progress has been made from the previous meeting, what they are working on and if they need anything. Finally there is the sprint review where they show the finished product to the product owner and see what they can improve on the product.
