Suspended in saline followed 0.85% (1,5x10^8) CFU/ml)

Antagonism in Petri dish - Mueller Hinton agar.

24-72 h at 37 °C

Discs (0.5 cm diameter) colonized with the strains, three replicates

Positive controls with antibiotics: Cefepime and Imipenem

Record diameter of the zone of inhibition

Enterobacter aerogenes, Enterobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Serratia sp.
