Metals

A few key words and meanings

-Shiny- reflects light.

-Malleable- able to be made in to a shape easily.

-Unreactive- doesn't react with air or water.

-Ductile- can be pulled in to thin wires.

-High density- heavy for its size.

-Sonorous- makes a ringing noise when hit.

-High melting point- needs a very high temperature to melt.

-Metal- found on the left hand side of the periodic table.
