Comparison and ones compliment
0100111 = 78
10110001 = - 78
Once you represent the binary number into the opposite number, it becomes negative and therefore, is it's compliment.
10001101 = ?
We work backwards to find if its positive or negative
01110010 = 114
So the first number is the negative compliment.
00010011 = 19
Once you invert it;
11101100 = -19
*If a number starts with 1 and it asks you for the ones compliment, the number starting with one will always be negative.
** Otherwise the starting number will not tell if its positive or negative.

-6 = 11111001
+ 1
- 6 = 11111010
