Positive framing: Negatively written rules focus on what's wrong and put our classroom in punishment mode.
Consistency: Use consequences consistently.
5—The most important thing when you enter the classroom is to BELIEVE
You have to have faith in your Ss.
Your effect must convey confidence to the students.
6Consistency and Organization-Seating Chart: Arrangement needs to give every student easy access to teaching a focal point.
-Procedures:Talk in turn, have rules,have a consistent routine.
-Opening activity: Motivate Ss every day.
-Over plan :Keep attention with creative activities.
-Don't Rush: Give a specific time to do in each activity.

-Be sensitive to pressure points.
