- 3what does measurable mean?Make sure the limits you have set can be recorded and properly measured.
- 4What does achievable mean?achievable, make sure it can actually be done giving yourself an appropriate time bound.
- 5What is meant by realisticit realistic like loosing weight not flying. Make sure it is realistic.
- 6What is meant by time?Keep it within a reasonable amount of time. Make sure the project/task can be completed within the time phrase.

Final Evaluation - 8What is meant by initiation?Starts with a project manager. The project manager proceeds to fully describe the project scope and prepare the project charter.
- 9What is meant by Planning?The Planning phase builds on information got in the Initiation phase and is considered the most important phase because this will decide how the rest of the project will go.
- 10What is meant by Execution?With an approved plan a project can move to the third cycle, execution. This is when the work gets done.
- 11What is meant by final evaluation?Where everything gets assessed. The success ability of the product and how it effect clients and audiences.
- 12What does a Flow Line show?Shows the direction that a project flows.
- 13What does a Terminator show?This is used to indicate the start and end of a flow chart.

- 15What does a connector show?To show a jump from one to another, to stop crossovers.
