- 8hydrocolloidsmoist healing environment, insulation, impermeable to bacteria, not recommended for heavy exudate, may cause trauma to fragile skin
- 9hydrogelsabsorb moisture, ideal moist healing environment
- 10compositessingle dressing, combining two or more products, may include bacterial absroptive layer, hydrocolloid, hydrogel. facilitate autolytic debridement, adhesive border, but not to be used on pressure ulcers, fragile skin
