Port 18211 - SIC push certificate (from Internal CA) - 4fwd (Check Point Processes and Daemons)This daemon is responsible for the FW CLI commands, Logging and spawning child processes (e.g., vpnd)

By default, in MGMT HA, it runs only on "Active" Security Management Server. On the "Backup" Security Management Server, the "cpstat mg" command will show "SmartCenter CA is not running".
