- 1what does a password do, and what makes a strong password?a password is the security that you are the authorised person to access the data. a strong password consists of usually lower and upper case letters as well as numbers.

- 3what is encryption?data encryption uses code or scramble data so that the data seemingly makes no sense until it is decrypted.
- 4when should encrytion be used?encryption is normally used for your online banking details. any details sent between yours and the banks computer is encrypted.
