1. Benefits

   • All stored online, so cannot get physically damaged
   • Easy to access as its all stored in one place
   • Multiple people can view it and access it at the same time, whilst in different location
   • Easy to share, ie: emails
   • Can edit and alter data, ie: flow of financail documents, easily
   • Saves trees, so better for enviroment

2. Problems

   • Could get virus and lose everything
   • Could get hacked, so others could view private data
   • No internet could mean you can't access it
   • High cost if problems occur
   • High for maintenance, programs and equipment
   • Time consuming to move from paper documents to computerised systems

3. It depends on whether or not it would be cost benifit to convert everything over and help the company increase it's profits.
