1. Natural Numbers

   • Curly Brackets N = {1, 2, 3, ...}
   • Î is read as ‘is an element of’.

2. Integers

   • Integers (Z) Integers are any WHOLE number, positive or negative
   • {………-4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8………}

3. Real Numbers

   • All Elements in N or Z
   • a positive or negative decimal number +.

4. Rational + Irrational Numbers

   • rational numbers: real number that can be expressed as a ratio in which one integer is divided by another
