1. Cloud computing and cloud storage

   • Cloud computing is using computer's service on another company's (host's) computer.
   • Cloud storage is related to cloud computing it is where only the storage, access and retrieval facilities are provided by the host provider.
   • Cost and convenience- You only pay for the storage you use and you don't have to provide and maintain the hardware locally
   • Data is available wherever there is a internet connecetion
   • You need to be able to get through to the host to access the files
   • The files are being store by the host which means the security of the files is at risk.
   • The host may not provide he most up-to-date sotware
   • The file retrieval may be slower and there may be a lower performance compared to a local database

2. Ubiqitous means exisisting everywhere

   • Processers can be embeded into an device like clothing, buildings,appliances, vehicles and people.
   • objects within ubiqitous compting usuall contain radio frequency identification chips
