1. it is intended to carry out an economic evaluation of the project that arises from an entrepreneurial idea for a productive bet. In the same way, the knowledge and models of economic, environmental and social evaluation and methods that provide the opportunity to build significant knowledge are applied

2. Likewise, it allows us to analyze the results of the cash flows of the business project and the shareholder for the establishment of profitability and the added value required for the approval or rejection of the project, it will be possible to identify what can affect the financial flows of the project, generated from the information graphed in databases.

3. Likewise, a sustainable and opportunities project is formulated that estimates a very beneficial sales projection for entrepreneurs, according to the indicators of favorable financial flows with the implementation of the project. According to analysis, this proposal will allow us to measure a favorable profitability with respect to the economic factors of the project, taking into account the practice applied in its formulation.

4. General objective

   • Analyze the results of the cash flows of the "pan-cut" business project through the project-based learning strategy (ABPr) to establish the profitability and the added value required for the investment, approval or rejection of the project.
     • Specific objectives
       • •Determine the profitability, added value, return on investment based on the time of the entrepreneurial project.
       • •Analyze the cash flows (FCL) and (FAC) related to the sliced bread industry.
       • •Define the feasibility of the project in relation to the cost of investment, utility and estimated time of return of capital.
       • •Explain the evaluation of the project according to feasibility.
