       • Not solicit the best resources if the project does not require them
         • try using project management tools such as network diagram and the project schedule required level of quality and quantity of resources required
           • use negotiation as an opportunity to determine how resources manager , PMP need to manage their own resources
             • create a relationship with the HR manager based on his experience of resources, if later in the project is necessary
               • work with the HR manager , for the purpose of dealing with situations as they arise
