1. Uses

   • When the action is irrelevant.
   • when the action is more important than the person who realize the action.
     • The house was built in 1654. 
   • Describe process.
     • Chefs use these machines to mix the ingredients
   • in rules and orders.
     • the water is boiled
   • When we want to make a statement in personal.

2. When don't use it.

   • In case you weren’t paying attention, the previous two sentences use the type of voice they describe.
   • Intransitive verbs (verbs which do not take objects) cannot be used to form passive sentences.
     • come, die, go, happen, itch, occur, rain, rise, walk.
