   • Check maximum time for PM of instruments
     • Vendor manual
     • Standard methods?
   • Record maximum time / in association with new shift 2 weeks

2. Calibration

   • List analyses that needs calibration check (CC)
     • Excel sheet with filters
   • Check maximum time for CC of for analysis
     • Standard methods
     • Vendor manual
   • Record maximum time / in association with new shift 2 weeks

3. Clickup

   • Clear up all old task build up
     • Search online
   • Change CC in order (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, yearly)
     • Filter with excel sheet
   • Change PM in order (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, yearly)
