1. Will

   • Affirmative form
     • Subject + will + main verb without 'to' + complement Ex: He will do the task
   • Negative form
     • Subject + will + not + main verb without 'to' + complement Ex: He won’t do the task
   • Interrogative form
     • Will + Subject + base verb without to + complement Ex: Will he do the task?

2. Going To

   • Affirmative form
     • Subject + verb to be + going to + main verb without 'to' Ex: I am going to have an exam tomorrow
   • Negative form
     • Subject + verb to be + not + going to + main verb without 'to' Ex: I am not going to have an exam tomorrow
   • Interrogative form
     • Verb to be + subject + going to + base form of the main verb without 'to' Ex: Am I going to have an exam tomorrow?

3. WILL X GOING TO

   • Will = UNCERTAINTY
     • Ex: Anna: What will you do this weekend? Mark: Hmm, I’m not sure... maybe I will visit my grandparents if the weather is nice.
   • Going to = Certainy
     • Ex: Anna: And what about your vacation next month? Mark: Oh, that’s already planned. I’m going to travel to Italy with my family
