    1. At Any time during the project , changes to any part of the project may be requested. Keep in mind, however, that just because a change is requested , it does not mean the change has to be - or even should be- implemented. All change requests are evaluated and accepted or rejected in the Perform Integrated Change Control Process.
      1. If the PICCP say it´s OK to go ahead , you make the change. The important thing to remeber is that the change requests come from Monitor and Control Project Work, but are actually made during Direct and Manage Project Work
