uses

  1. example: I've just finished my project
Time expressions: just, yet, already,never ,ever,before, always,for ,since ,so far, how long, once,etc.
present perfect progressive

uses
1. to emphasise the duration of a state or action which started in the past and continues to the present
  1. example: I've been learning English for 6 years
2. to talk about an action which happened over a period of time in the past and may have finished but the results are abvious in the present

Time expressions: for, since, how long, all day/week,etc.
