   • They are grouped by areas of specialization within the different functional areas.

2. PROJECTIZED

   • The entire compañy is organized by project, and the project manager has control of the project. personnel are assigned and report to project manager.

3. MATRIX

   • The strengths of functional structures and maximizing oriented projects report to two bosses project manager and functional manager communication changes from team members on both heads. team members also do the work of normal project work of their departments.
