Exercise Physiology.

Exercise Physiology.

1. Physical exercise

   • where movements are structured in repetitive way to improve or maintain one or more components of the State

2. Cellular function

   • Processes that make cells with a purpose.

3. Cellular physiology

   • Is in charge of the study the main functions of the cell.

4. Anaerobic metabolis

   • Metabolism that does not use oxygen and has as its feature to use carbohydrates

5. Metabolism

   • The chemical processes occurring within a living cell or organism that are necessary for the maintenance of life.

6. Anaerobic exercise

   • Physical exercise that includes short activities based on the force

7. Alactic system

   • Process where it uses the Phosphocreatine to resynthesize ATP.

8. Physical activity

   • movement of the body

9. Physiology

   • Part of biology that studies the body

10. Muscles

    • A tissue composed of fibers capable of contracting to effect bodily movement.

11. Muscular contraction

    • Refers to the physiological process during which the muscle

12. The muscles in the sport

    • When the muscle performs physical sport needs more food

13. Hormonal test

    • Let you know the level of hormone production in a system.

14. Hormonal effects

    • Chemical messengers that carry information from one cell to another

15. Metabolism of the hormonals

    • The hormonal system is primarily related to various metabolic activities

16. Hormonal change

    • Maturation of some hormonal cycles.

17. The hemodynamics

18. Cardiovascular system

19. Vascular exercise
