It's used when you want to make predictions of something we think will happend. Example: People will live on the moon in 30 years. Also for take spontaneus desicions. Example: I think I am hungry, yeah, I will eat something

GOING TO

We take predictions of what we already know will hapend. Example: Wow! Look at the sky today, it's a going to rain. Tambien para expresar ideas sobre el futuro que ya sabemos que va a pasar. Example: I amo going to New York next year.

Translations are used in both. Example: I'll go skiing someday and We are gonna go to the concert
