Present Progressive
We use the present progressive when we are talking about actions that are happening at the moment of speaking. It´s very important to learn how to use the verb to be before using the progressive structure.

Present Progressive Structure.
Personal pronoun + Aux. be + Verb ing + Complement
The children are running at the park.
They are running at the park.
