I: Identify Activities that Align

• In Module 5, we will learn about the Member Resources Committee and how they can help you as an active member. We will also talk about the Placement Information Event, what to expect, and what to look for in a committee.
• You can use your mission statement to choose a committee that aligns with your vision.

R: Review, Revise, & Refine

• At the in-person Spring Course Session, you will have the opportunity to revisit your mission statement with your fellow new members.
• Developing a mission statement is an iterative process, so continue to refine your mission until it is simple to understand and remember, resonates with you, and can inspire you as an active member of JLW.

E: Enlist Others

• Your fellow new members are a resource- you can help motivate each other to continue to accomplish your mission.
• As an active member, share your mission with your fellow committee members and your committee leadership. They can help you to achieve your vision as a member of their committee.
