Five main and quick tips for novice teachers

1. Use a normal and natural voice

2. Speak only when students are quiet and ready

4. Address behavior issues quickly and wisely

3. Use hand signals and other non-verbal communication

5. Always have a well-designed and engaging lesson

Always we must control our tone of voice because if we want that the students using a normal tone of voice in our classes, we must do the same thing.

As a future teachers we must to keep calm and wait few minutes for our students can be ready and quiet because if they are not ready is impossible that they can understand what we are saying or teaching.

We must be sure to address an issue between you and a problematic student or between two problematic students as quickly as possible.

The use of the hands or whatever non-verbal communication with the students is a great way to quiet the class and get their attention.

We all know engaging lessons take both serious mind and time to plan. And they are certainly worth it for many reasons.
