About fractions quizzes

GoConqr Original

What fractions quizzes cover

These quizzes offer different ways to practise. Identifying Halves asks about whole shapes and halves of groups. Pre-Test on Multiplying Fractions includes products and a problem about sharing an amount. Fractions, Ratio and Proportion includes questions on expressing a fraction as a ratio.

Choose a quiz for your topic

Start with Identifying Fractions if you want to focus on recognising fractions. For calculation practice, try Adding Fractions, then look for a quiz on another operation you want to practise. If converting is your focus, Converting Fractions offers a topic-specific starting point.

As you work, note the kinds of questions you find difficult. If you need to revisit an idea before trying more questions, switch to a mind map or flashcards on the Fractions unit page. You can then return to a quiz on the same topic. Choose a topic and give its questions a go.

Frequently asked questions

Which quiz should I start with?

Start with Identifying Halves if you want questions about whole shapes and halves of groups. If you already want to practise calculations, Adding Fractions offers a topic-specific option. For multiplying, the pre-test includes both fraction products and a problem about sharing an amount.

What topics do the quizzes cover?

The page includes quizzes on identifying fractions, equivalent fractions, converting between improper fractions and mixed numbers, and the four fraction operations. There are also questions connecting fractions with decimals, percentages, ratio and proportion, so you can choose a quiz for the topic you are practising.

Are these quizzes free to use?

Yes. Every resource listed here is free to open, study and take without an account. The quizzes were made by GoConqr users, rather than by GoConqr. A free account also lets you save quiz scores and make your own quizzes, mind maps, flashcards and notes.
