About machine learning quizzes

What machine learning quizzes cover

The quizzes offer different ways to check your understanding. Machine Learning for Data Science asks where machine learning is used, while Classification, clustering and feature learning includes questions about training datasets and classifiers. Logistic regression focuses on assigning observations to classes, and Linear Regression covers relationships between variables.

Choosing and using a quiz

For a broad starting point, try Machine Learning for Data Science. If you are revising a particular method, choose a focused quiz such as Lecture 2 - Naive Bayes or Lecture 3 - Decision Tree. Teachers can also select a quiz that matches a topic their students are studying.

Work through the questions and note the ideas you want to revisit. If you need a fuller explanation or a visual overview, switch to the notes or mind maps on the unit page, then return to a quiz. Choose a topic and see which questions you can answer.

Frequently asked questions

Which quiz is a good place to start?

Machine Learning for Data Science is a useful broad starting point because it asks where machine learning is used. For a more focused check, Logistic regression covers assigning observations to classes, while Lecture 3 - Decision Tree asks about tree structures and prediction models.

Are these quizzes free to use?

Yes. Every quiz listed here is free to open and take without an account. The quizzes were made by GoConqr users. A free account also lets you save quiz scores and make your own quizzes, mind maps, flashcards and notes.

Which topics can I practise with these quizzes?

The page includes quizzes on classification, clustering, logistic regression, linear regression, Naive Bayes and decision trees. There is also a Neural Network quiz and a quiz with questions about Azure Machine Learning. Most resources are at university level, and teachers can use them when choosing revision material.
